The girl from the 2nd gif looks like that actress from Hex, so I guess it's from that show, but the first one...I have no idea..

I love a guy w/ short hair and a bit of facial hair myself. That makes a man more sexy imo.

He doesn't play a major part, he only appears in S1 and I can only find S2 on yt. Maybe you'll have more luck than I do.
